Are you interested in Quitting Smoking? Contact the Marquette County Health Department at 906-475-7848 to be part of a FREE, one-time “Quit Smoking Workshop”. This workshop will offer strategies to make quitting easier, along with information on medications to assist, in a “no-pressure” atmosphere.

There will be music, refreshments, speakers, an activity to commemorate the event and a tour of the Radiation Oncology department for those who are interested.
The Cancer Center offers all of the currently approved methods of cancer diagnosis and treatment including surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormone therapy, and clinical research.
Cancer specialists from Marquette visit eight communities throughout the U.P. to see patients on a regular basis.
