Our North Country Café Menu offers a “Well Being” option.
This option provides customers a daily meal choice each day that falls within certain nutritional guidelines. Well Being is our comprehensive nutrition education and dining program. We use a balanced approach that includes your preferences and the latest nutrition research.
Well Being is our comprehensive nutrition education and dining program. We use a balanced approach that includes your preferences and the latest nutrition research. Our menu icon makes it easy for you to identify choices within the Well Being brand.
 This icon will highlight a featured meal (entrée and two sides) with fewer than 550 calories, less than 15 grams of fat, and at least 2 -3 grams of fiber.
This meal will come at a special combo price. You will receive a punch card for Well Being purchases. Each Well Being meal will earn one punch on your card. After 10 punches on this card, you will receive a free Well Being meal.

Hot entrée signage in the North Country Cafe still includes calories, grams of fat, carbohydrates and milligrams of sodium for reference.
Example: Beef Noodle Soup 180/6/22/350
This means the Beef Noodle Soup contains 180 calories, 6 grams of fat, 22 grams of carbohydrates, and 250 milligrams of sodium.
